About the Wine: Estate Grenache Rosé

Our rosé is made from estate-grown Grenache from our Rincon Vineyard on California’s Central Coast. Grenache is one of the best grapes for rosé thanks to its bright fruit profile and natural acidity, making it ideal for a wine that’s refreshing, balanced, and easy to enjoy.

We hand harvest the grapes, give them a gentle foot stomp, and allow the juice to rest on the skins for just a few hours. This short skin contact gives the wine its signature pale salmon color while preserving freshness and delicacy.

The result is a rosé that’s expressive, precise, and unmistakably Talley.

Homecoming 2025: A 90s Country Throwback 

Dust off your boots and break out the denim—our annual Homecoming party is back, and this year we’re taking you on a trip down memory lane with a 90s Country theme! Get ready for a day filled with great wine, nostalgic tunes, and all the honky-tonk vibes you can handle.

Don’t have the right “attire” for this theme? Not to worry! We have “The Boutique at the Madonna Inn” coming out to sell all the fringe, hats and western apparel you need to feel and look the part!

We’re bringing the dance floor to the vineyard with line dancing, square dancing, and, hey, if you want to dance in a circle, we can dig that too!

Introducing the ultimate behind the scenes experience that will get your heart rate and taste buds going!

Join us for Barre & Barrels in Talley Vineyard’s exclusive barrel room on Thursday, December 12th at 4pm. CYB Studios will guide you through a 45-minute low-impact barre class focused on small, controlled movements and muscle-toning exercises, all while surrounded by rows of beautiful oak barrels. Whether you’re a barre enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to experience this fun and effective workout in a stunning setting – all fitness levels welcome! Upon arrival, we will be offering a barrel sample for you to sip and pulse your way through class. After class, get into the spirit at our social hour, featuring a glass of Talley’s finest wine. It’s a wonderful way to move, connect, and celebrate the season.

Past Partnerships with CYB – Vino & Vinyasa on November 10th

Our first partnership with CYB Studios was Vino & Vinyasa earlier this month. It was a stunning afternoon featuring a 60-minute yoga flow led by studio owner, Stephanie Moran, in our outdoor courtyard. With a SOLD OUT class, it was an awesome way to connect with nature and each other over a great glass of wine!

Buying gifts seems to always be easier when bubbles are involved! Join us for an evening of local vendor pop-up shops, special pricing on holiday wine bundles and staff ready to help you with all your holiday gifting needs! Brian Talley will also be showing off his skills in the kitchen by demonstrating some Talley family favorite recipes for you to try and we will be offering special pricing on our 2019 Blanc de Blanc for the holidays! Celebrate the End of Summer at The Adobe
with Music, Wine, and a Nod to Our Heritage!

Starting September 15th, join us on Sundays for an afternoon of live music and wine at the historic Rincon Adobe, built in the 1860s, which stands as the symbol of our estate and the heart of Talley Vineyards.

Bring your own picnic and seating, or share a table with new friends as we enjoy our beautiful SLO Coast summer that stretches all the way to October. We’ll reveal the “Wine of the Week” every Monday so you can plan the perfect pairing for your picnic.

Pardon our dust! We are full of anticipation (and a few nerves) as we prepare to break ground on a reimagined outdoor space in the main tasting room courtyard. Beginning February 21, our grounds will be under construction as we work to build some amazing new spaces for members and guests. We look forward to revealing the fruits of our labor early this summer.

Visiting the Vineyard

While the main courtyard is under construction our tasting room will remain open and all outdoor seated tastings and experiences will be hosted on the grounds surrounding the historic Rincon Adobe. If you have an existing appointment at the vineyard, we look forward to hosting you.

While our seating capacity may be reduced as we wait for the dust to settle, we welcome you to join us for a tasting during this time. Reservations are highly recommended and we thank you in advance for your patience.

As always our commitment to bringing world-class wines and unique tasting experiences to members and guests remains our highest priority.

About the Design

With the help of our friends at Purlieu Landscape Design + Build, we are creating a space that encompasses our commitment to sustainability and land stewardship while paying homage to the Talley family and cherished brand icons and stories.

The new design adds a simple variety of California native, water-wise plants to the grounds as well as shade-providing olive trees. You will find a centralized concierge station added to the entrance of the main courtyard to better assist our guests and members as they arrive at the vineyard.

A New Space for Members

The current open space in front our winery and production facility will be transformed into a wine-sipping oasis for members of our wine clubs. The space includes the addition of shade-providing pergolas and trees as well as a unique wind break wall overlooking the Rincon Vineyard.

The lounge will feature comfortable chairs and couches, perfect for spending an afternoon in the sunshine, sipping on Talley wines. We can’t wait to provide this exclusive space to our most dedicated customers early this summer.
