Thank you for choosing Talley to celebrate the holidays with. Due to an increase in orders during this time, allow for 2-5 days for order processing and keep in mind the shipping deadlines below.

Please note delivery dates can only be guaranteed by shipping carriers, many of which are experiencing delays at this time. Please order early to ensure your wines arrive in time for special occasions or holidays.

General Shipping Policies 

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine.
  •  An adult signature (21 or older) is required for all wine deliveries.  We recommend your place of business for deliveries. 
  • ​Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to guarantee proper temperature control and delivery. 
  • We currently ship wine to customers in most states with the exception of: AL, AR, CT, DE, KS, KY, LA, MS, NE, NJ, RI, SD, UT, VT

State Shipping Restrictions 

Each state’s direct shipping laws are unique in the amount of alcohol legally allowed to be delivered to residents. As a result, we are not able to ship wine to every state, even in limited amounts.

  • We currently ship wine to customers in most states with the exception of: AL, AR, CT, DE, KS, LA, MS, NE, NJ, RI, SD, UT, VT. 
  • Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska require 2-day service. Pricing may vary.

Weather Allowances 

Extreme temperatures can cause damage to your wine during the shipping process. Because our goal is to deliver the best quality product possible, you may experience shipping delays in times of hot or cold spells. 

Consider the following when ordering during times of extreme weather:  

  • Ship to a place of business – We strongly recommend that you ship to your place of business to increase the likelihood of delivery on the first attempt. 
  • Expedited shipping – In times of extreme weather, consider opting in for expedited shipping to your area. We offer 2-day and overnight shipping options for an additional fee. 
  • Hold Locations/Hold for Pick Up – Fed-Ex, our preferred carrier, offers hold locations at retail stores, such as Walgreens, with no additional fee. Visit Fed-Ex for more information and to find retailers in your area.
  • Place your trust in us – Please understand that we will use our discretion when shipping your wines during times of extreme weather and your shipment may be delayed until safe. We will keep you informed every step of the way and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
