Conceived by Brian Talley in 1999, Bishopโ€™s Peak reflects our commitment to thoughtful winemaking and to sharing Central Coast wine that fits seamlessly into everyday moments and larger celebrations alike.

The name Bishopโ€™s Peak comes from an ancient volcanic landmark overlooking San Luis Obispo, a defining feature of the region and a symbol of place that grounds these wines.

Bishopโ€™s Peak wines are produced using a combination of declassified Talley Vineyards fruit and grapes sourced from trusted local growers along Californiaโ€™s Central Coast. All wines are made at Talley Vineyards, using many of the same techniques applied to our estate-grown wines.
