Conceived by Brian Talley in 1999, Bishop’s Peak reflects our commitment to thoughtful winemaking and to sharing Central Coast wine that fits seamlessly into everyday moments and larger celebrations alike.
The name Bishop’s Peak comes from an ancient volcanic landmark overlooking San Luis Obispo, a defining feature of the region and a symbol of place that grounds these wines.

Bishop’s Peak wines are produced using a combination of declassified Talley Vineyards fruit and grapes sourced from trusted local growers along California’s Central Coast. All wines are made at Talley Vineyards, using many of the same techniques applied to our estate-grown wines.
